MEETING THE ACCESSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS OF OUR TENANTS, APPLICANTS, VISITORS AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC

The new Accessibility Standard for Customer Services comes into effect across Ontario on January 1, 2012. Any organization with employees is required to establish policies, practices and procedures on providing goods and services to people with disabilities.

Victoria Park Community Homes is committed to meeting and responding to the customer service needs of our tenants, applicants, visitors and members of the public including people with disabilities. We have developed policies and procedures and forms. These are now available for you to view and/or print via our website. FIRST ANNUAL ART COMPETITION WINNERS

The winner of the First Annual Art Competition is Alley Potter, age 12, of Brantford. Her winning entry will adorn the cover of this year's Annual Report.

Second prize went to Labiba Ahmed, age 12, of Hamilton and Third prize went to Madison Steringa, age 11, also of Hamilton.

Congratulations to the winners and thanks to everyone who submitted artwork. All the submissions have been posted for viewing at our main office, 155 Queen Street North, Hamilton.
